The procedure for selling at the W6TRW Swap Meet is as follows:

You must come in person to sign up before you can sell. At this time, there is no way to sign up for spaces (or renew spaces you may already have) other than to do so in person the day of the Swap Meet.

The W6TRW Swap Meet is always on the last Saturday of the month from 7:00 AM until 11:30 AM. The Swap Meet is located on the southeast corner of Aviation Blvd. and Space Park Drive (one traffic signal south of Marine Ave.).

The Swap Meet Information Booth (where you will sign up) opens for business at 6:30 AM. You will need to walk in to the Swap Meet lot, go to the Information Booth (at the southeast corner of the lot) and fill out a Vendor Permit. You will need to show us a picture ID (preferably a driver's license) and a copy of your amateur radio license. We will then collect the fees and assign a space to you.

At 7:00 AM you may drive into the Swap Meet Lot and begin setting up and selling.

If you sign up to sell for the current Swap Meet only, you will be assigned spaces in Rows A, B, or C, which are on the south end of the Swap Meet lot. This area of the Swap Meet is reserved for one-day sellers. If you wish, you can sign up to sell for up to six months in advance. In that case, you can choose any open space in the Swap Meet lot.
